Ferbogar was awarded, in June 2024, the complete renovation of a loft in Forest Hill, London. The existing loft was poorly insulated and not comfortably usable, so the clients wanted to transform this “dead” space into a fully habitable area, including a master suite. The project was completed in September 2024.
Main interventions:
Total demolition of the space.
New electrical installation and plumbing in the suite.
Installation of electric underfloor heating in the bedroom and suite.
Custom-built wardrobes.
Installation of ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, sanitary ware, and wooden flooring in the bedrooms.
Installation of skylights to illuminate the space.
